1. Complete and Accurate Information: You commit to filling out this form with detailed and accurate information as requested. Incomplete submissions may not be considered for premiere.
2. Post-Premiere Requirements: Upon the premiere of your song or album, you are required to #TAG the URC Radio as the premiering resource in any and all promotional materials related to the premiered content. This includes providing a link to the premiere on URC Radio’s website, social media platforms, or any other URC Radio resources used to feature your work.
3. Sharing of Premiere Materials: As an artist, you agree to share all materials related to your premiere that are posted on URC Radio‘s resources across your own social media channels and other promotional outlets. This helps in mutually promoting both your work and URC Radio’s platform.
4. Rights and Permissions: You confirm that you have the rights to the music being submitted and that it does not infringe on any third-party rights or intellectual property. You grant URC Radio permission to use, broadcast, and promote your song or album as part of its premiere feature, without any due compensation beyond the promotional value provided by the premiere.
5. Changes and Cancellations: URC Radio reserves the right to schedule, postpone, or cancel the premiere for any reason. Any changes to the premiere details will be communicated as soon as possible.
6. Liability: URC Radio will not be held liable for any disputes arising from the submission or premiere of your work on our platform. It is the artist’s responsibility to ensure all content is free from legal encumbrances.
