Disclaimer/Consent for Song or Album Premiere Submission

By submitting this form for the premiere of your song or album on URC Radio, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Complete and Accurate Information: You commit to filling out this form with detailed and accurate information as requested. Incomplete submissions may not be considered for premiere.
2. Post-Premiere Requirements: Upon the premiere of your song or album, you are required to #TAG the URC Radio as the premiering resource in any and all promotional materials related to the premiered content. This includes providing a link to the premiere on URC Radio’s website, social media platforms, or any other URC Radio resources used to feature your work.
3. Sharing of Premiere Materials: As an artist, you agree to share all materials related to your premiere that are posted on URC Radio‘s resources across your own social media channels and other promotional outlets. This helps in mutually promoting both your work and URC Radio’s platform.
4. Rights and Permissions: You confirm that you have the rights to the music being submitted and that it does not infringe on any third-party rights or intellectual property. You grant URC Radio permission to use, broadcast, and promote your song or album as part of its premiere feature, without any due compensation beyond the promotional value provided by the premiere.
5. Changes and Cancellations: URC Radio reserves the right to schedule, postpone, or cancel the premiere for any reason. Any changes to the premiere details will be communicated as soon as possible.
6. Liability: URC Radio will not be held liable for any disputes arising from the submission or premiere of your work on our platform. It is the artist’s responsibility to ensure all content is free from legal encumbrances.

By submitting your song or album for premiere on URC Radio, you agree to these terms, confirming your understanding and consent to comply with the above requirements. We look forward to showcasing your talent and bringing your music to our listeners.

Terms of Partnership for Event Advertising Between Radio and Event Organizer

As part of our partnership agreement for event advertising, the following conditions apply:

1. Logo Inclusion: Our radio station’s logo must be prominently displayed on all event posters. Failure to include our logo will result in the withdrawal of our advertising support.
2. Ticket Allocation for Raffles: We require detailed information about the number and type of tickets provided by the organizer for raffle purposes. This includes specifying whether they are general admission or reserved seating (in the case of events in seated venues), along with their cost. These tickets must be delivered to us in advance of the launch of our advertising campaigns.
3. Complimentary Tickets for Our Use: In exchange for our advertising services, we will be provided with 10 actual, physical tickets (not just names on a list). These tickets should have a clearly marked price and are to be used at our discretion for promotional or other purposes related to our services.

These terms are intended to ensure a mutually beneficial partnership and effective promotion of the event through our advertising channels.
